Refund policy
SECTION 18 – REFUND POLICY AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS
Strict No-Refund Policy on Digital Goods Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, Genmark AI: The Founder’s Blueprint & Vault (including all PLR assets, courses, vaults, Done-For-You services, and templates) is non-refundable. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, the intellectual property is considered "consumed."
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

You waive your right to a refund for "change of mind," "lack of time to use," or "failure to implement the strategies."
30-Day Technical Quality Guarantee While we do not offer refunds for satisfaction or change of mind, we stand behind the technical quality of our files. We offer a 30-Day Technical Guarantee strictly limited to the following:

Corrupted files or broken download links that our support team is unable to fix.

Missing content that was promised on the sales page but not delivered.
If you encounter a technical issue, you must contact Support@thegenmarkstore.com within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 7 business days, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Additional Non-Refundable Items For clarity, the following additional services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

Paid 1:1 Coaching Calls (once booked or performed).

Program Duration Extensions.

Done-For-You (DFY) Services where work has commenced.

Accessories or add-on digital purchases.
Split Pay Plans If you have chosen a split-pay or installment option to join any of our programs, you are legally responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. Choosing a payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled; it is a binding agreement to pay the full price of the product over time. Please read Section 19 for our automatic payments policy and Section 20 for our overdue payment policy. Failure to complete payments may result in immediate revocation of access and legal collections activity.
Reservation Deposits We accept reservation deposits for clients who wish to lock in incentive pricing but cannot pay in full immediately. All deposits are non-refundable. This deposit removes a spot from our inventory and reserves it specifically for you. By placing a deposit, you agree that you are committed to the purchase. If you do not complete the balance, the deposit is forfeited as a reservation fee.
