If what you bought isn't right for you, email Support@thegenmarkstore.com
within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

You don't need to explain what you tried, fill in a form, or prove you
used it. One email is enough. Refunds are returned to your original
payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending
on your bank. You keep the Start-Here guide either way.

After 30 days

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we don't offer
change-of-mind refunds once the 30-day window has closed.

Technical problems, any time

If a download link breaks, a file is corrupted, or something promised on
the product page wasn't delivered, contact us however long it has been.
We'll fix it. If we can't resolve it within 7 business days, we'll refund
you in full.
